From a 16-Year-Old Sound Boy to a 50-Year-Old Sound Architect.
The journey began in the early 90s. At just 16 years old, the man behind PureMK stepped into the industry, wide-eyed and ready to work. He didn’t just watch the rave revolution happen; he grew up inside the DJ booths and behind the mixing desks of the UK’s most legendary clubs.

By his 20s, he was designing the sound systems for The End, Bagleys, Turnmills, and Atomics, tuning the rigs for icons like Carl Cox, Fatboy Slim, and DJ Hype. He spent his youth ensuring the bass weight was perfect for the best nights of our lives.
Now, as he turns 50, PureMK is looking back to move forward. He understands that for his generation, the music wasn’t just noise—it was freedom. His mission is to recapture that feeling: to help the Gen X crew relive their best days through the power of sound.
But this isn’t just a nostalgia trip. PureMK is using modern AI technology to remaster those memories. He fuses the high-octane energy of Jungle and the party vibes of Big Beat with the cinematic, soulful depth of Massive Attack and Shara Nelson. It’s the sound of the 16-year-old raver, re-engineered by the 50-year-old master.
